- Choose the width based on the largest item you spray — leave comfortable room either side to move and apply evenly.
- Decide on a canopy if you spray larger parts or higher volumes. Deeper canopies extend the controlled airflow zone.
- Plan your duct route — top outlet if you’re going up through a roof space; rear outlet if you can exit straight through an external wall.
- Consider noise if you work near offices, neighbours, or shared buildings.
- Pick fan control — inverter for variable airflow, DOL for simple fixed-speed operation.
