Laser Cutting & CNC Punching
Our laser cutting and CNC punching capabilities allow us to produce high-quality, precision components for everything from bespoke one-off projects through to repeat production. Working across a range of materials and specifications, we focus on accuracy, consistency and a high standard of finish.
We can work directly from customer drawings and CAD data, including DXF and DWG files, with in-house 3D CAD capability using SolidWorks to support design development and manufacture where required.
Folding & Forming
Our precision folding and forming capabilities allow us to produce everything from straightforward folded components to complex profiles and fabricated assemblies. Using modern CNC machinery, we achieve accurate, consistent results across both bespoke one-off projects and repeat production.
Capabilities include multi-angle folding, box forming, radius bending and complex custom profiles across a wide range of materials and specifications.
Metal Finishing
The quality of the finish is an important part of every component we manufacture. We provide a range of finishing options to achieve the required appearance, durability and performance for each application.
Finishing options include powder coating, polishing, mirror finishing of stainless steel, brass and aluminium, specialist coatings and a range of protective finishes, with colours available to specified RAL requirements.
Precision Welding
Our experienced fabricators provide high-quality MIG, TIG and ARC welding across a wide range of bespoke and production work. We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and Cor-Ten, with particular attention to accuracy, strength and the quality of the finished component.
From precision fabricated assemblies and architectural metalwork to structural fabrications and complex bespoke projects, our welding capability forms an integral part of our complete in-house fabrication service.
3D CAD Design & Development
Our in-house SolidWorks 3D CAD capability allows us to support projects from initial concept through to manufacture. We can develop new components and assemblies, work from existing customer drawings or CAD data, and refine designs to ensure they are suitable and efficient for manufacture.
By combining design capability with our in-house fabrication experience, we can identify practical manufacturing solutions early in the process, helping turn concepts into accurate, production-ready components and assemblies.
